Hello Customer Service Unit 2213 I paid a bill to Allen Road Mini Storage 4740 Allen Road Zephyrhills, Florida Today, Saturday, January 31, 2026 at 11:59am While at the storage facility, the employee Eric, said “Would you like me to write the amount owed down for you”? He wrote the amount down, did a few clicks, then said, the system is running slow and hands me a receipt. After looking at the receipt, I said, what card did you use to take my payment. He says, “Oh card number ——-. I said, oh wow thanked him and left. Within about 45 minutes to an hour, I noticed a second transaction deducted for the exact same amount of $197.29 , I immediately drove back to the storage facility to dispute a refund for the second transaction. He refused to give me a refund, told me to leave, that I have to bring in my banking statements, and I need to call corporate and talk to them, he also refused to provide me the manager’s name and contact number. *He runs to the file cabinet, pulls out my file, opens it and looks through it, then points towards the door telling me to leave. Because he didn’t like the questions and what I was saying. I never cursed or used any form of derogatory language towards this employee. He threaten to return my payment and put a lock on my storage unit, but would not provide me a refund for the second transaction. I’ve contacted my bank institution and I will be contacting Pasco County Sheriff‘s to report unauthorized use of my credit card. I made it clear to Eric, that he was never given any permission or authority to use my card without authorization, nor have I signed a credit card authorization form with Allen Rd Mini Storage facility. I need my money immediately returned. My card was not swiped, dipped or inserted. This employee is an older W/M slim, receding hairline and cannot be trusted.

I cannot deny the professionalism, accountability an assistance allen mini storage has given me. From keeping my family's valuables safe, to the staff ,ESPECIALLY DAWN, this company has done exceptionally well for me. The customer service is kind and family oriented. Dawn knows just about every customer by first name an every month made me feel like I was not just a storage number tied to an account. They will do right by you an your belongings. They kept my belongs safe for over 2 years. Trust em.

Imagine making a reservation for more than a month in advance, and then being told by the owner that they wont reserve it for that long after already receiving a confirmation for it. now imagine the panic and stress of having to set up another storage unit BECAUSE your previous one gave away your reservation to someone else. that was my experience, steer clear if you need to plan ANYTHING with this company. I have attached a photo showing that the reservation was good for up to 7 days after my chosen move in day to prove the point that my reservation should have still been valid. in addition, after checking my phone messages, emails, and phone calls, i did not receive Any calls, texts or emails.

I pay 75 bucks a month to park here. They ripped me off, charged me 9 months after the contract expired, and I no longer parked there. Disputed with the CC company, and Consumer Protection Agency. Got my money back. NEVER AGAIN!! Blamed a poor deceased woman that couldn't cancel the automatic payment.
