Everything was organized,, clean and professional
Good rates and very clean
So easy, load our.stuff on the flat bed wagon, took it to our unit to unload and returned the wagon back to the door for the next customer.

I loaded the truck, drove 6 hours (Saturday) to find out that the ONE person who can rent the room would not be back until Monday and the person that was up front was there to “babysit” the property. I start my new job Monday and had to return the truck by Sunday. Long story short, they lost my business and I ended up storing with Extra Space

Tammy MartinI had a reservation for 6:00 p.m. today July 14th. I made the reservation Friday July 12th through U-Haul 24/7. Went to pick my truck up at AC storage the lady told me she had no keys in the box for me. There was two 10-ft trucks sitting on her lot. She told me I had to call and get a truck somewhere else. She said we are closed today she said she saw I had a 6:00 p.m. rental. If she saw I had a 6:00 p.m. rental why didn't she have my key in the box outside? The closest truck I could get was clear in Ocala on pine Street. Could not pay that mileage. She cost me two days working in my storage shed to get my stuff tagged for the flea market. She cost me four booths that I paid for in advanced. That I will lose my money from that. Plus now I'll have to pay extra for my storage shed!! She was very unfriendly!!!! Worried more about her little poodle called snowball!! Then U-Haul tried to call her on the lines she supposed to answer for U-Haul rental, she refused to answer the phone. Very bad customer service! She put me in a major bind!! Now I cannot have my sale until next Monday!!!!!!!!!!
James GranthamThe owner helps me with my U haul trucks and trailer rental. Very nice and easy to work with without having any issues. The property is several acres so it is easy to return any size trailer or truck. Of course they also have storage facilities!
