Awesome!!!
We had an awesome experience with Omeal. He took his time and explained everything to us and answered all our questions. The storage facility was nice and clean inside and out. We feel very comfortable leaving our things there. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to store your items.
John was amazing
We rented a Unit and was greeted by John. The office area was very clean. He showed us the unit which was very clean. John was very helpful and getting everything fill out and we were out in under 20 minutes. He also discussed different promotions.

This VALUE STORE IT location on Military Trail in West Palm Beach runs very smooth; everyone that works there works efficiently, works together and knows every aspect of the job so that no questions that you have are left unanswered. I've been using self storage units for over 30 years and I've been at this storage unit facility for over 4 years - I feel very confident that my belongings are safe the units are always clean and well maintained the facility is easy to get in and out of there's a lot of wide open space and you have the freedom to customize your unit and stay as long as you need to organize your boxes and belongings for as long as the facility is open. For your convenience there are bathrooms and moving in storage accessories in case you need them. Plus if there are any special circumstances that you may need help with Robyn (the office manager,) along with her crew Leyshka and Maria all go above and beyond as your representative to make sure your concerns are met successfully and as quickly as possible. Also if you need a UHAUL they are an on-site operator and the staff are available to help with the rental as well.
