An excellent experience....
I had to move out of my apartment in a short notice. Moving out of a 2bd 2bath place into x much smaller place that's furnished already was at a point of desperation. When I did a did a search on the internet, as always het inundated with results. But was lucky enough to find this place, had everything I was looking for and was able to reserve the storage unit I wanted snd pay for it all within minutes. The followup hsd the instructions explaining everything I needed to do when I arrived at the location the very next day. Phew what a relief that was.

I had an excellent experience with TJ at Public Storage in New Tampa. I needed to upgrade to a larger unit to better accommodate the equipment for my photo booth business, and TJ made the entire process smooth and easy. He took the time to understand my storage needs and helped me find a unit with the right amount of space for all of my equipment and inventory. TJ was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Great customer service like this really stands out. If you need storage assistance, I highly recommend asking for TJ. Five stars all the way.
Elijah JenksFirst, TJ is awesome — and I genuinely feel sorry that he’s left to manage such a dilapidated storage facility. He does his absolute best, but the building itself is a mess. 1. “Climate-controlled” is a stretch. The temperature inside is almost always the same as outside. 2. The automatic doors are constantly broken. 3. There is only one elevator, and it’s completely unreliable. Hardly surprising, considering the inspection license expired on 08/01/2024. 4. There are only two carts for the entire facility. So even if you can tolerate the heat, manage to get through the malfunctioning doors, and hope the elevator is working that day… you’ll still likely be waiting on a cart or carrying everything yourself if other customers are around. Overall, this is completely unacceptable. The only good part of this experience is TJ, and he deserves better support than what this facility provides.
