Zero star if possible. Terrible experience at this storage facility. The staff—Kevin and Gina—were unbelievably rude and dismissive. I hadn’t visited my unit in over a year and completely forgot that the exterior access door is spring-released, so I went to look for help. I walked through an open garage area toward a door marked “Office.” kevin was sitting behind the desk watching something on his tablet. He didn’t acknowledge me until I said “excuse me,” and then responded with, “Oh, I thought you were my wife. Do you always go through other people’s garage to enter places?” I was stunned. When I asked how to get into my unit, he questioned whether I even put in my gate code (obviously I had, or I wouldn’t be inside). Then he acted irritated as he asked for my unit number, the building, my name—information he could have looked up without the attitude. He finally came with me, pressed down on the door, and it opened. I apologized, thanked him, and headed back to my vehicle. Then Gina approached, asking John if he’d told me I couldn’t drive through a certain area. They both turned to me and said the cone meant I had to drive all the way around the building one-way. I explained I hadn’t been there in over a year, but Gina continued lecturing me about preventing accidents. Once again, the tone was completely unnecessary. They just turned around and walked off. Meanwhile, the “correct” one-way path they insisted I use was blocked by a truck and a trailer with no one around to move them—so I had to back up the entire way and reverse into my aisle to load. Thankfully no one came out this time. I hadn’t planned on moving out yet, but after this experience, I cleared out my unit as fast as I could. For the price they charge—and the constant increases on a loyal, autopay customer of two years—I expect far better service. I definitely won’t be using this place again or recommending it to anyone.

Highly recommended, The property is well maintained, the staff members are polite and very attentive. Price can always be lower especially maybe a discount if your renting multiple units. We have been renting with U-Stor Self Storage now for pushing 2 years (in between moves) and will condt to..

I have used many storage facilities in the past and this on is the absolute cleanest and is run by the nicest husband and wife team in the universe!!! When I woke up this morning I visualized my storage unit that I would get today and this one exceeded my expectations by far. Additionally when I was moving in a site manager came by with a moving dolly and offered to let me use it, such nice people. I cannot recommend doing business with this company enough.
