Very nice office girls,once we found main office everything went great
Very positive overall. Only problem was trying to use kiosk. There should be a sign saying exactly where main office is. Luckily I talked to a long time customer of yours and she told us where to go. Tried calling phone number and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t go through. All set now,thank you.

I wasn’t planning on a reservation. I was only interested in getting prices and want to know if I could stop by to see the units but the customer service person was very pushy and tried to tie me to some sort of sale. Come to find out after speaking to Nancy that he did not book me for an appointment, like he said he was going to do, to see the unit but rather he fraudulently put me in a lease agreement that I did not give him permission to do. I’m happy and glad that I met with Nancy who was genuinely honest and helpful. She was very kind and stayed late to show me the different units and gave me pricing options. Because of Nancy I went ahead and took the reservation for one of the unit. I highly recommended anyone needing storage units to go see Nancy. You’ll be glad you did, like me.

J & VCame here a few months back and the lady running this place was awfully rude. Inquired about the storage units and she was very unhelpful. I asked if she could please take it easy as I just wanted to see a couple of units to gauge the size and that seemed to really set her off even more. She said I needed to know and select the size I wanted beforehand. This is sometimes hard to gauge and just wanted to have a look to decide between the two I had in mind but she refused to take me to any of the units. You will leave here with your blood pressure through the roof from the interaction. Found a better one that was willing to show me around and let me choose the right storage unit that fit my needs. It was worth the peace of mind.
