UPDATE (8 May 26). For new customers, your introductory price is very temporary. I've been using this facility for the past year. Since then, I've had two significant price hikes. Originally, I payed $120 per month to store my boat. Six months later, they raised the price, and negotiated it to $140. Six months later, I received another increase to more than $220 per month (before taxes). Again, I had to negotiate. I conceded to $190 per month (tax included). Perhaps this is a normal practice among storage facilities. ORIGINAL POST (April 2026). This facility offers a variety of storage solutions. It is clean and safe. The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, I'm not confident that monthly payments are consistent. Based on this uncertainty, I can only rate it 4 Stars. At the six month mark, I was notified of a significant monthly payment increase. We negotiated the payment hike to a more reasonable amount. Despite this experience, this is a very nice and safe facility, and I do recommend it. This May will be my one year mark. If my current payment stays the same, I'll upgrade my rating to the deserving 5 Stars. If my payments increase again, I'll update this post for readers' consideration.

I went in the morning to secure a storage unit to store my items and vehicle. Gabby was super nice and efficient. The process from start to finish was smooth and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit that is both secure and affordable.

After researching and comparing pricing and reviews online, I contacted Extra Space Storage's toll free number. The CSR was kind, courteous and knowledgeable, and not only located a facility with climate control, she was able to get me a really great price for the rental. The facility is very clean and in excellent condition, very secure, and staff are friendly and very helpful. There are one-time fees; since I was given special reduced pricing, I was not eligible for the first month free, which is fine with me. I was glad to be able to rent a unit quickly. The manager at the location I use in Palm Bay is very kind and helpful! She will work with you on the monthly rental rate if she can. She is very fair and thoughtful

Here in the Melbourne/Palm Bay Area there are many storage unit options. But for a truly great experience, go see Gabby at the Extra Space Storage location on Robert Conlan Blvd. It’s easy to see that Gabby takes great pride in her job and makes the whole process painless. A well earned 5 Star experience for me.

Extra Storage staff members are very helpful and knowledgeable. Gabi is very helpful and patient as I was unaware of their process and guided me on what I need to do to transfer my storage to a smaller unit. Our family is very satisfied.
