I do not like the number of times that I was asked to take surveys. That is why the customer service and time spent was so low. When I did not answer in a week, you should have gotten the hint that I did not want to take the survey

New facility that was extremely clean and easy to navigate. Only place I’ve found outside temperature controlled units. Indoor temperature control units were well designed with wide, short hallways. Alexa, the manager, was extremely helpful, friendly and positive. We rented a unit and highly recommend their business

That was until I found Oxford Storage. I rented an 12’ x25’ with Alex today. Alex was awesome. He walked me through the process and made it easy. Prices are excellent for climate controlled storage in Central Florida. Facility is brand new. Super clean & well lit. The units are located in a drive up configuration but with doors in internal hallways. I highly recommend Oxford Storage. Happy I found this facility.
