I reserved my storage space online and shortly after I receive a phone call from the property manager and she was very professional and courteous. The next day I went in person because we are tax-exempt and Tenice was very knowledgeable and noticed that my exemption certificate had expired she advised me to bring a updated copy and she will speak to her manager about what needs to be done to assist me. Chrissy McKeeUnits are not accurately sized. Upon measuring 2 of the 10x15 units and 1 of the 10x20 units, all came almost 2 feet short. My items don't fit and they tried to charge transfer fees, up charges, and admin fees for their errors and false advertising.

Austin PI would give this Public Storage 0 stars if I could. I will never do business at this location or recommend this location again. Unit rental increased by more than 70% in 12 months. No one is ever available to take a call to discuss rental increases, reasons for increases, etc. Lured in with low rates, then rental increases multiple times throughout the year. When we moved out, rodent droppings were present. Never again with this business.
