Dominique was excellent. She was knowledgeable and she was able to articulate the answers to all my questions. BUT HERE'S MY CONCERN ABOUT THE FACILITY. I READ ON A REVIEW ABOUT RODENTS DESTROYING SOMEONE'S PROPERTY. I AM HOPING YOU ALL HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE RODENT PROBLEM. THE 5 STARS ARE FOR DOMINIQUE.

I rented a unit at this location and discovered extensive rodent infestation, including droppings throughout the unit and contamination of stored items. When I raised the issue, staff acknowledged rodents are a recurring issue and described routine placement of rodenticide after tenants move out. I’m currently trying to resolve this directly with the company. If others have had similar experiences at this location, I’d be interested to hear how your situation was handled. I’ve filed complaints and contacted the local auction because I talked to 4 others who were there at their units and everyone has infestations they said some people look like they live in the units also

KgWent a few days ago to this location to pick up a unit and the lady at the front desk was amazing! Not only she called me for an appointment to make sure she’ll be there when I showed up but also the transaction was quick and easy! She needs a raise ASAP! I can’t say this of all Public Storage places where I have horror stories but this location is a hidden gem! A++ Thank you
