great facility and super friendly staff that was helpful and attentive. everything is clean and well kept. only complaint is that it gets warm inside, not ideal if you need to spend some time in your unit organizing, etc. otherwise, very happy! would recommend to others

Raymond from the Orange Blossom location was incredibly helpful. He showed me the units, talked though options. We realized the discs wasn't going to work for my needs. He helped me get refunded and get in touch with another local facility to store my things there. He communicated well and even sent me a follow-up text message to confirm that my refund processed and offer further help. Orlando from the Division Street location was also amazing. Showed me multiple units, answered all my questions, made the process easy.

Jeff SimmonsSam greeted me at the door first thing Monday morning and was eager to help get me into a storage unit. Sam was extremely friendly, extremely professional, she also took time and sat with me and walk me through the app helping me get it installed and set up and once done she walked me to the property and explain to me how it all worked and where everything was located. Eric PerrittSam at Extra Space Storage has been incredibly helpful and very proactive in assisting me. Being new to Extra Space and the tech now used for security, she jumped in when she saw I was having some initial challenges. Since then she has been truly helpful during my storage efforts in prep for moving. It's extremely nice in this day and age to have great customer service, which seems rare in many places. Sam is awesome in making sure the customer is helped.

I was really impressed by this location. It has digital access via Bluetooth. Keys are Bluetooth so you don’t have to bring a key or buy one. Location is clean and has easy access. Way nice than the other extra space storage locations I visited in Orlando. Max height 13”6 for the entryway.
