Awesome Customer Service
The online process was fairly easy but I had an issue and I had to do it in person but Unique I hope I'm spelling her name correctly was awesome and helped me complete my application and made some corrections. The facility was clean and customer service was amazing.
Unit is clean, large, easily accessible.
I had to change my move-in date with no problem. When the time came I downloaded the app for easy entrance at the facility. We found our climate controlled space and the movers parked right outside the door and began unloading. The app gave me access to my account and with automatic pay feature Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m all set without fear of missing a payment.
The only problem I had was it needs a larger sign for the inside units
A little hard to find my unit. But it's a nice place.
No carts
This facility does not provide complimentary carts in the inside units. You have to carry your belongings into the building, down the hallways, through a second door and into your unit. I have never rented from a facility that doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t offer carts.

Ebony is a sweetheart! She and only she was able to resolve my issue. I cannot say how frustrating your system is to close out a unit! I really hope I will never have to rent another unit because I don’t like the run around it takes to get anything done. David jr HoweTerrible had a unit there for 7 months my door was broke for 4 months they never came to fix it until the day I finally switched units then the maintenance guy showed up as I was switching units to tell me to hurry up so he could fix the door .. then the gate was left wide open for almost 2 weeks broken rent has doubled in the last 7 months and they only reply to 5 star comments wich most the 5 star comments r from ther own employees .... terrible place to b we r moving out next month it's cheaper to make payments on buying a shed
