Stacy is a GOLDEN NUGGET. She made my storage rental simple and walked me through each step being as patient as any human could be. Any question or concern I had she had an answer or explanation for. When she called me I was actually at the storage facility which did not have a live person on-site. Stacy helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. If all of your employees are like Stacy you will always have 5 Stars!!!
Erica DauerRates keep going up. Can't access your unit because System is offline during posted hours. Says to contact Manager, there's a kiosk!! If you call your sent to a call center, who will put you on hold while they call your manager. Manager did call & apologize. They are setting up maintenance for some issues. A more direct phone number was given.
