Very Easy & Great Deal
I walked in Saturday, July 6, 2024 & 10:00 A.M on the dot. Diana greeted me with a smile and was extremely helpful. I requested to view the unit before I moved in and Diana was delighted to show the Unit to me. She discussed how she expects us to keep the unit clean, confirmed that all elevators were working and showed me how to use the elevators and passcode. Very Easy process and great customer service which is very difficult to find. I moved from Public Storage where my experience was the complete opposite. Thank You Prime Storage for an easy transition Saturday.

ssej puyalenaSigned up 5-6 months ago- paid 4 months upfront and was happy with the place. My monthly rate was $89 and suddenly in October I was charged $170 because of an “increase “ for the same unit. I called customer service and was told it happens, I explained I haven’t even been with this unit for more than 6 month and the price not only did it increased but doubled. Needless to say I will be canceling and finding another storage, so sad. Looks the prices given are pretty much for you to sign up and then they double your rate, beware.
