Very frustrating experience and not at all the hassle-free process that was advertised. We reserved a unit based on the size shown online, but when we arrived the space was much smaller than represented and did not fit our needs. In the middle of moving, we had to stop, go back to the kiosk to make changes, leave the property to take photos proving the unit was empty, then return again to complete the process. We were ultimately forced to upgrade and pay an additional $150 just to get a unit that matched what we thought we were reserving in the first place. The entire process took over an hour and a half when it should have been simple. Managing everything through a kiosk instead of working with an on-site person made it unnecessarily complicated during an already stressful move. Unit sizes should be clearly and accurately represented, and customers should not have to deal with extra steps and surprise costs because of misleading information. This was far more difficult than it needed to be.

The staff is highly professional and truly knowledgeable about their product. Meghan was courteous, focused, and extremely helpful throughout the onboarding process, making everything easy to understand. Angie took the time to walk me through the available space options and helped me choose the unit that best fits our needs. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish.

He was knowledgeable and knew exactly which questions a novice would ask and had clear, easy to follow instructions. His demeanor made it easy for me to relax and trust midgard as a placeholder for my stuff.
