Extra Space Storage – 6030 Middleburg County Rd 220 I’ve had a great experience renting here. The conditioned drive aisle is clean and well-maintained, which makes moving in and out comfortable and easy in any weather. The facility feels very secure, and the security measures are excellent. The property is well kept, and the staff has always been nice, professional, and helpful. Overall, it’s been a smooth and positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend this location.
Brand new storage the safest way!
I recieved a tramendous rate on a 10x20 climate cooled unit ,on the 3rd floor unfornutatly, but, the place was nice and cool,as we moved in. This was a great break from summer heat! They supplied easy acess to 3rd floor , nice wide hallways to manuevering, nice clean units britely lit. The best part is they do things differently then most other places. First u add ur code to open the bay door, then drive inside the tunnel. The bay door closes and then u determen if your units in front or back of complex then use the elevator nearest .. they alsp provide multiple flat bed carts for your use. When you are done u drive to other side of building and exit out 2nd bay door. That they open for you The whole place is well lite as well.

Extra Space Storage in Middleburg at 2530 County Rd 220 is hands-down one of the nicest and most well-run storage facilities I’ve used. The conditioned drive-through aisle is a game changer — being able to load and unload indoors, out of the heat, rain, or humidity makes such a difference and keeps everything clean and protected. Security is clearly a priority here. The facility is extremely well lit, very clean, and you can tell access control and cameras are taken seriously, which gives real peace of mind. The management team is outstanding — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to answer questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. You don’t get the “corporate” feel here; it feels like a place that’s actually cared for. If you’re looking for secure, climate-controlled storage in Middleburg, especially with a conditioned drive aisle, I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location.
