Highly Recommended Storage Facility
My experience with renting a storage shed was a very positive experience. My first contact was with David from Sparefoot as I was on the road and calling after hours and not sure which day I would arrive with a trailer to unload. David was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He guided me through the process of reserving a unit with Storage King in Micco Florida. David followed up everyday with me to ensure the process was progressing well and to see if I had any issues or questions. Once I made contact with Jessica at the office in Micco the positive experience continued. Jessica too was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She recommended and made accommodations to my particular needs and accommodations. I was particularly impressed with the pride Jessica displays for “her property”. Both David and Jessica were a pleasure to work with.

Great storage facility, right off US-1, near our new house! Randy, the manager, is friendly & helpful! Joe, who filled in from Melbourne the day I had my reservation, was friendly & helpful too! He got me settled in. Joe had gotten everything ready the day before. The 10x15 Randy had picked out for me was in a great spot. Joe processed the transaction efficiently, went over everything, answered all of my questions, showed me where the unit was & had me look at it. Everything was great & went smoothly! Randy has been awesome when I go in to pay my rent- always a smile on his face & in good spirits! Thx! ☺️

Vicky McPhersonLocal staff is great but the fact that they raise prices every 6 months is ridiculous. We started at $79.99, in 6 months it went to $109.99, and now again they have raised the price to $143.99 that’s it we are done with Storage King your corporate policies will eventually put an end to your business. What a shame!!
Daniel MartinStorage King acquired our storage units last spring and immediately began renovating and painting the facility. After transition staffing was ironed out, the service has been excellent. Staff members are pleasant and professional. We recently acquired a brand new large unit to combine 3 smaller ones. Location is so convenient. We appreciate the added space.
Susan WeimerThe manager, Randy, was excellent to deal with and very efficient. He took me to my unit and showed me everything I needed to know to get storing! Lol My only wish would be to have a light inside the unit as it's an inside unit and very dark. There is lighting in the hallway but it doesn't reach into the individual units. The unit itself is very clean.
