Ada was absolutely amazing. I called 10 min before the office closing time and she stayed after her closing time, going above and beyond to ensure that I could have the parking spot that I needed on the same day. Ada proven to be a 5 star employee and I’m sure she’ll make it far.

When I received a price increase, I was a bit frustrated, especially since the cost of living keeps rising while wages haven’t. I called the on-site manager, Mr. Cen, and had the most positive experience. I explained my concerns, and he was truly an angel. He adjusted my rate as much as he could, and I’m extremely grateful for his patience and understanding. If you ever experience a price increase, I highly recommend contacting your location’s manager directly rather than calling the 1-800 number. Thank you so much, Mr. Cen, for your exceptional customer service!
