Terry and Jules at the Melbourne location were a pleasure to work with. They provided us with a lot of information regarding the pricing structure and storage offerings available. Together, they helped guide us to the options that would be most affordable for us while still meeting our needs. Terry took the time to let us thoroughly inspect the outdoor overhead storage area, and was honest about the sun exposure our camper would face in the available spot. We are very relieved to have a safe and covered area which will protect our recreational investment. Terry and Jules were both kind, patient, respectful, and professional. The facilities are spacious, clean and secure. We were so impressed by Midgard and their staff that we also reserved a climate controlled storage unit and are moving from our current storage unit.

She was extremely understanding, knowledgeable, and upfront throughout our entire conversation. I especially appreciated her transparency and her willingness to make accommodations for my situation — it made a world of difference. We spoke for about 20 minutes, and in that short time I gained a great deal of confidence in both Donna and the company. It’s rare to come across someone in customer service who communicates with that level of clarity, patience, and sincerity. Terry the property manager was extremely helpful - and reserved spot was ready when I needed it. Terry is very helpful which is important as the rest of the corp interactions are with “virtual” assistants (which is fine - they have it working very well but it is also reliant on having that good, helpful property manager on site. This location has that!

The storage unit was nice in size but for climate controlled it was always past 80 degrees inside, and my “fixed” rent was constantly being raised. Aside from that the customer service is pretty great. Thanks Rianna for helping me close my account out, you were extremely helpful ☺️
