March 30: Everything has been so smooth! I have been renting the storage space for a couple of days now. I had to call for questions regarding the unit, and the Extra Space Storage staff was so friendly! I don't remember the name of the woman who answered the phone, but she was so nice and helpful with all of my inquiries. I wish I remembered her name 🥲 The unit i rented was a 10x10 medium unit that is climate controlled. The lock was waiting for me in my unit. It was nice and clean and incredibly accessible. I was able to drive up and use my unit right away and did not have to even enter the office for assistance. The price was incredibly reasonable, as well! Thank you guys for making my moving transition so much more manageable!! I'm incredibly less stressed knowing they have my back. Update 5/30: I moved out of my storage unit and the process was incredibly easy! I just checked the app and requested a move out date. After emptying the unit out the day before, I received a text saying my move out was successful and there was nothing else I had to do! I had already paid off all my dues, so nothing else had to be done. I will be renting a storage unit from Extra Space Storage in the future if I need them again!

Jaime helped us immensely... We were notified that our storage unit was going to double in price after just 3 months. She was able to straighten that out in our favor. In addition we also have a lighting problem. The light in our section where our unit is located goes on but after a few seconds goes out which leaves us in the dark. Making it very hard to see. We have ask numerous time about having the light fixed. But it still has not been repaired. If the light can't be fixed we will have to have our unit moved to a different location where there is light.

I have been renting a storage unit with Extra Space Storage (near Lake Washington Rd in Brevard) for over a year now. The staff is always responsive when I call or text in with any issues. They were very understanding last year when I went through a little rough spot and had trouble making a few payments on time. They have been nothing but professional and courteous every time. The actual storage unit is well maintained on the outside and every time I open my unit, I don’t see any evidence of mice or bugs in my things. The grounds are very neat and clean as well. I always highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
