This place sucks. Here's 8 reasons why: 1. Their contract essentially removes any rights you may have as tenant. 2. Zero light on the property 3. Prices change monthly. 4. They will NEVER answer the phone/email, but if near rent due date, you can expect daily phone calls/email/texts. 5. Property hasn't been maintained or updated in decades. I had to unseize the rollers on the door because they were so rusted. 6. People consistently park in front of the gate. Gate sensor requires several attempts to trigger the gate to open. You can only leave the facility by vehicle. No pedestrian exit. 7. No restroom that I could find. If it exists, it's not clearly marked. Even if it were marked, I'm sure it's gross like the rest of the property. 8. The entry/exit is littered with 8" deep potholes. Bonus: Their website is the absolute worst. Always seems to be down towards the end of the month...when payment is due. They do this, so you will sign up for autopsy and just charge you whatever the hell they want from month to month.
