Today was my first time hearing about Midgard Self Storage & I must say, I am highly impressed! Kris, the property manager, was kind & helpful as he explained the different storage units to me based on my needs. Rose, the virtual agent, was very thorough when explaining the online process & how to get into my unit. Most of all, I love the fact that the units come with their own locks! That was super convenient! I will be back if I need a storage facility in the future.

I had both a parking space and a storage unit here, and this was my first time ever putting something in storage. The facility was extremely clean — no mold, no water damage, no ants, no issues at all. Everything was well-maintained and secure. Alicia’s professionalism and kindness really stood out, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
Opal DetailingI never do reviews of any kind, but I'm fed up with this kind of abuse; they need to be made to correct their misdeeds. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ANYWAY! Run from here! On December 26th, I canceled my storage unit; I didn't need it anymore. I asked the operator several times if I would be charged, and they said no, that the storage unit was ready to be vacated by December 31st and there would be no additional charges. However, on January 2nd, 2026, they charged me $114 for another month's rent, WHICH I ALREADY VACATED ON DECEMBER 26TH! The dispute is already with the bank to get my money back. Some people will never realize this because they simply don't have the time to check their transactions frequently, or they never do, and they simply lose money! RUN FROM HERE!
James StoneMeliana was absolutely wonderful she made the whole process of finding a flat bed trailer to pick of a few toys for my son’s birthday. Her location didnt have what I was looking for so she refined search perimeters 3 times juat to get it done !! It’s hard to find customer service like that these days it was delightful to have an employee not only do there job but go above and beyond. The company should be happy to have her working for them.
