Seamless Moving Experience and Convenient U-Haul Drop Off
I recently used this self storage facility and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff, especially Mel, were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly helpful and made my moving process so smooth that I can't thank them enough. The facility itself is top-notch, providing secure and clean storage units. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to store my belongings here and would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage. While I wish there was an option to do the paperwork online and save a little time in that process, One major convenience they offer is U-Haul drop off, which saved me a lot of time and effort. Overall, a fantastic facility with excellent service.

Heidi NievesDue to unforeseen circumstances I have had more moves in the last year than I care for. This place has been amazing. Staff is great, they always have trucks, always have dollies and anything you need. They are helpful and courteous. The online pick up and drop off is simple and great for last minute emergencies when you need a truck and everything is closed. Thank you.
brian enfingerHORRIBLE customer service! I was charged $158 for a disposal fee when I was told by the manager on duty that it was ok to leave my mattress and come back for it later. Not even two days after receiving the email notice of my “past due balance of $158” they put a lock on my unit. Did not even give me two whole days to pay my “past due” balance….that had only been in existence for 2 days! The old lady manager was extremely rude to both myself and my family. DO NOT store your stuff here! They will just come up with some random trumped up charges to get more money out of you

Manage the business better. Give better customer service. Edit: A year later? No thank you.... I'm sure management is well aware of both situations cited, and now we need to put on an act of ignorance? Lol
Rachael RodriguezIt's average. Lighting in the hallways can be sketchy at times so bring a flashlight. Pricing I've noticed have gone up.. also have noticed bugs in the hallway and for some reason they have fans near doorways which is fun moving them around to get through the doorways.
