This storage facility is an absolute nightmare. The first week my vehicle was stored on the lot was involved in an accident. The back lot, where they keep trailers, boats, other large vehicles, is overcrowded and poorly organized - there’s simply not enough space to accommodate everything safely. My van suffered over $4000 in damage, and despite multiple attempts to reach local management , I never received a single return call. I even tried to arrange to move my vehicle to a safer area, but there was zero communication or support from the staff. There are no security cameras in the back lot, which is unacceptable for storage facilities of this size. The area is chaotic - a jumble of vehicles and equipment packed together with no order or oversight. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. One star feels generous. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing business experiences I’ve ever had.

I am sure the person to leave a review. I travel a lot and leave my car there all the time. Sometimes 4 and 5 months at a time and it is always taking care of and I feel very safe with it being there being away from it, you could not have a better team that are always responsible when I lose my number or can't seem to get things right? They have very supportive and always there

Prime Storage Care Jupiter is one of the most clean and well kept facilities that I’ve seen here in south Florida. The manager there, Candice, is a true professional when it comes to the ins and outs of the facilities, costs, features, etc. She ensures I as a customer is kept up to date if any changes in prices or what’s going on with the facility that affects us.
