I had a great experience at Go Store It, and Nina made the whole process smooth from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I got the unit that best fit my needs. Customer service like hers is hard to find she really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access, which made everything even better. If you’re thinking about using Go Store It, definitely ask for Nina. She’s amazing at what she does!

Edit: well, there is no email provided anywhere on invoices, websites, etc. Just Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. So GoStoreIt, please consider this my 10 day written notice. Edit: learned that a 10 day notice is required to cancel. On my invoices and paperwork, it says that the office is open until 6pm. Google says they are open until 8pm. I arrived at 5:45pm after work and the office is closed. Open light is on, but no one is in. Also have called 3 times and no one has answered. Terrible customer service. Going to try to find somewhere to send a “written cancelation notice” and will most definitely be disputing any further transactions on my card since, as of today, I am within the 10 day cancelation window. GoStoreIt is a scam. When I first moved to JAX last year my rent was $40/month. Now? $150 a month for a small unit. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be canceling this weekend and moving everything out.

This place is great! I needed a storage unit on the fly and I was hesitant about the moving process due to previous locations I've deal with before BUT I was surprised at how easy it was to book my storage unit online and was able to access my unit without the need of waiting for anyone else. It was as quick as I wanted it to be. And let me just share, how amazing Nina, who works at the office (manager, I believe) is. She is very attentive, super nice and I've seen her walk thru the building in multiple occasions, double checking everything from cleanliness, safety and above all - ensuring that all units are inspected and accounted for. I even came to get with some personal requests I had and she was very informative and showed her sense of being able to work things out remarkably! Even though I could've searched for any other unit anywhere, Nina and how she maintains this place is definitely the reason I've decided to stay here. I feel my items are in great hands here and if anything ever comes up Nina is the best person to ask for assistance!!

Emily is pretty awesome!! She is customer friendly and extremely helpful. I had a pretty rough morning - left my locker keys home, locked my car keys in the car… nothing seemed to be going right until she showed up and helped me move past it.. her approach changed my whole mood. I give her the absolute 10!!!

When I say this storage unit is unmatched because of manager Nina! I mean she’s caring, compassionate, and understands the assignment of great customer service overall. You don’t see many like her anymore, she really deserves a raise. It’s always clean, and affordable to say the least!
