Efficient and personable
This facility was clean and customer service was great! Initially code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work however associate reassured me she would reset everything and ensure it would work by the time I came back with my truckload and she was absolutely correct!!! The only thing was there wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a dolly to help get things moved in faster. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m assuming someone took it as the associate stated it was probably at other end of storage as someone had just moved in however we looked with no luck!
Great customer service
The customer service was great. I accidentally forgot my move in date and lost my reservation, but they were quick to get me a new one at the same price. I like the fact that the employees remember you.

Very friendly staff and great location.
Registration was very smooth, professional and friendly staff. Price I feel is a little on the high side. Quote should had been given with all the changes. When I got there I was told I had to pay for insurance. It was not much but it would had been better for me to get the total price.
