Owner Steve is a crook. I rented an area that was advertised as space for Food Truck. The space was more cost than what it would have been for normal storage space. I put an $800 deposit on space and even paid $800 for sod to make it look better. After I left the space that was fully paid, I was told I would not get my deposit back. No lease was ever signed, only a contract for storage that was month to month. The property has multiple people living in the storage area so security was a concern which I installed cameras on my trailer. The County should probably do an inspection of this place. I'll give them a call. Rent there at your own risk.

The Distinguished RuffianThe owner is cool as a fan. The guy from the county or city was a deauche canoe. The container was brand new, or seemed as such. The price was a little better than anywhere else (believe me, I checked). Update: owner is still cool as a fan. No probs bobs. Still ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
