Best customer experience Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever had!
I am amazed at the outstanding performance of the employees at this company! I was extremely stressed out in the middle of moving to a new location and in need of a storage unit.I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have a scheduled appointment to be honest I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know if I was going to be able to get a unit for that same day. So I went online and saw Storage America had the best prices great location and security cameras everywhere making me feel safe so I called and the most professional and caring customer provider named Marilu made me feel comfortable and relaxed she was able to get me a amazing price and unit. I have been a customer of this location for years and there prices have gone up… I came to get a smaller unit to move my things. I was unable to do the change because I am unable to move my stuff with in the time frame …then I tell the sales associate named Luis that to remove the auto draft from my account… The manger Sarah was say that if not paid when it due then I won’t be able to get into my storage until it’s …then I tell her I am awear because I have be a customer for long time. then in a sarcasm way she tell me she is let me know. Then when I tell her that there is no need for the sarcasm she rolls her eyes and walks away….then when I ask Luis for the manger he tell she is …I ask for him to call and he responds by saying that she won’t came. He didn’t even try and then when I called him out on there service and I was going to write a review his response was I can do whatever I want. If you don’t want to get rude service….now you know. I will say it again I have been a customer for a long time and I have never gotten this bad service until now….i guess people are forgetting how to give service .

Giselle SpasojevicIf you have a boat or car stored here, don’t trust this place. Their main gate has now been unsecured and wide open for anyone and everyone to come in. The door to the building hasn’t worked in weeks. Went this morning to get things for my work and couldn’t because their elevator wasn’t working and the alarm was blasting. They’ll get you on the hook with an offer then raise their prices when they see fit. Roach infested too. Stay away. Went again today October 1st. Elevator not working. If you take the stairs you are stuck because the doors to the second floor don't open. Another wasted trip to a storage unit I'm paying for but can't be accessed.
