AngelI went to open a storage unit around 12:15 and waited for about 10 minutes. Since no one was there, I called the number on the sign and was told someone would be back in 15 minutes. I waited, but no one showed up. Later, I returned around 2:00 and saw someone inside on the phone. Instead of assisting me, she just pointed to a sign that said "Be back at 2:30." At that point, I decided to leave for good there are plenty of other storage facilities that value customers' time.
