Cynthia was very kind and helpful on my day one. Booking online was easy an there was a good promotional rate at this location that made it more appealing to me than the other popular competitors. They also have a Bluetooth app you can use while in the facility and that makes access easier since you don't have to punch in gate or elevator codes.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. I really appreciated how professional and respectful he were, and I never felt rushed. It’s not often you get customer service this good anymore. I would definitely recommend this storage location to anyone looking for a smooth and easy experience.
JordanThe man that sold me the unit was very nice, great customer service. They’re always playing good music, but seriously DO NOT RENT HERE. They raised the cost of my unit ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS after about two months of renting. I was planning to leave my stuff here for several years but I will now be looking to move it elsewhere. Also it’s always hot in my unit despite “temperature control” advertising and there’s also NO light in the unit. I seriously have to use a flashlight to see my stuff. Do not rent with these scammers.

After checking other storage options, I stop by and Cynthia Gutierrez( had to make sure I got her name right) made my experience absolutely amazing. From taking me upstairs to check the size of the unit to making sure I locked in the best deal. My time was respect, all questions were answered and I’m confident this spot is the best in the area. Pure joyful costumer service experience. A overall win. Definitely recommend.
