The staff was helpful however the sign up was difficult given that the confirmation either wanted 6 or then 7 digits to complete the sign in.

Really appreciate the staff at Extra Space Storage. Melissa has kindly worked with me in the past and Jennifer today was so efficient and fast in responding to my concern. Tony Disposti (Synchronist)The 24hr access storage units was very convenient. I've never had an unpleasant encounter with staffing and there was no concern about the safety of my items. During some more intense storms it seems water was able to find its way into the outdoor unit, potentially due to flooding, but very minimally noticeable. Otherwise I'd say it is a great place to keep stored goods.
