Amazing customer service have a problem to complete the reservation online so I called the store and a woman pick up the phone I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but she was very helpful and very professional and help me to complete the reservations with in few minutes Thank you 🙏

Overall, a great contactless experience. I’m from NYC, and the facility itself is one of the nicest warehouse storage spaces I’ve seen. The place is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate once you know the layout. Note that you enter through one gate and exit through another. There are two loading and unloading zones, I initially made the mistake of parking too far from my unit. For first-time visitors (like me): remove the safety ring to access the unit. The lock and insurance flyer are inside. Lock the handle to the left, insert the key lock, and turn it.

Kenneth CaballeroI just got my unit five days ago and I am really enjoying the experience so far. I had some technical issues with the phone access code at the beginning, but the staff was incredibly nice and willing to go out of their way to help me get it sorted out. Compared to other options in the area, I’ve found Public Storage to be very affordable. Plus, the other people sharing the space seem really friendly. I have had nothing but good experiences so far—highly recommend!

He was To lazy to go out the door or look at cameras but telling me things without investigating. Makes 0 sense Getting the unit closes is was easy but he comes off not awkward, rude and condescending. I was extremely nice anyway. I doubt I’ll ever see him again. Just wanted a honest review. Wish someone replace him. Nice location if u want a unit
