Overall
Its a bit hot...that's my only complaint. I asked if the units had AC, they said yes....but its the bldg that has AC....yet still it feels like 80 degrees....

AaronAfter the acquisition, they changed my passcode adding 0’s to front and end. App doesn’t work, probably related to the 0 issue. Already contacted support with no resolution in sight. You can tell some people live in the building, not a good look. And found what looks like someone’s living area for the night, right by the west elevator. Saw a guy shaving one time. No place to put any garbage, so if you have any garbage boxes or pallets you got to store them or get a moving truck to bring somewhere else. The result is my unit has garbage and people leave trash outside.

Dian and Melinda were both incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It’s rare to find service like that these days. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable storage with a great team!
