Alisha is awesome and very accommodating.
Alisha changed my date and time twice for me. She was available right up to 5pm and helped me after hours.

A little bit pricey for space but we needed one asap and it was closer. Customer service was a fast talker when I planning reservation but front desk was great.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We got our storage space fast and it was the right size for us. We also returned our UHaul truck which made it very convenient.

Meh. A bit pricey for what you get (or don't get), and not really a great place. The ONLY good thing is the 24 hour access. They raised my rent to 265.00 ( even though they're renting out bigger ones to others for less). I think they're take is that since all your stuff is in there, you won't move out if they raise your rent. ( they're wrong). There are NO carts to use, and the door to the building I'm in is raised up with a step!! So, if you have heavy stuff on a dolly, you'll need to figure out how to lift it up. Also, the door is a regular man door that closes whenever you walk through it and a sign that says " do not prop open". LOL, isn't this a storage facility!!!!! It's like they don't get what people need. Maybe it's their first time running a storage place......Alicia is great though........
Phil PierceFor the last year and a half I've been dealing with Alicia and have been very very pleased with her professional and personal ways of taking care of my account she's done anything and everything that I've asked her and it just seems as though this kind of agent should get some good recognition for her services and I used to have my own business day labor company and I used to give bonuses out such as like a $50 gift certificate you know Visa they can use it to go out and eat or movies or buy food or whatever also I would be giving her like a letter of commendation or appreciation and they can post it on the wall so when people come in they can see that she's the kind of person that they want to work with anyways thank you for hiring her whoever you are and keeping her on board she is dog gone well worth it if you have any questions or anything please give me a call you have my number in the system thank you very much have a great day.
