My friend got locked inside the gates just after closing time and was not able to get out using her access code. We had to call the corporate line for them to open the gate remotely. That lady was very helpful.
Susan NobleOnce someone showed up, (Agent was away buying supplies for the property), I was given a key to enter my access door. This property is most definitely in need of an update. Instructions sent by the app are not correct for access to inside units rented. It was very frustrating as a new customer trying to figure it out. The agent however made it okay. Ty
