My husband and I came super close to closing time (thanks google!). We apologized to Karen, the receptionist. She went above and beyond to make sure we could see the unit and get our paperwork in order before the 6pm closing time. Definitely will recommend this facility to anyone in the area who needs to store their items.

Got equipment stolen at the site, no one answers the phone the manager is on vacations and does not care the cameras can only be checked by the manager and its been 2 weeks since the robbery and not one word or phone call from anyone at the storage facility no one to be seen. The sliding doors on the covered parking are not working and anyone can come in and out of the facility, obviously thats why several boats where vandalized!!!!! Strongly suggest Do not rent from them.

Jacob DuncanLeaving because of the constant price increases. A 10 x 20 climate controlled unit should not cost $600 after taxes, I called around the area and found way better deals that are 10 x 20 climate controlled for less that $275. This is price gouging at its finest. Additionally, there are never any dollies available and one of the gates is always broken. Though it is my fault I do not like how you can’t be prorated a refund for the month. They offered a 50% discount to stay but it’s not worth it cause I guarantee I would have a price increase the following month! We will be moving out ASAP! Note: The facility is clean, well lit, at an optimal temperature, and easy to pull in and out of. Used to be able to call the front desk, now it seems to be a call center.
