I’ve had a great experience with Value Store It Self Storage! The facility is always extremely clean, well-maintained, and organized, which gives me peace of mind every time I visit. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property in top shape and providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and spotless storage option!
guy balsonHIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The name is deceiving, because I thought that it would be cheap looking and bare bones. It’s actually fantastic, and looks more like a five star hotel for your belongings. The corridors are white and bright with polished concrete floors. And, there are amenities that I’ve never seen at any other storage space. The first surprise was two loading ramps that bring you right up to the elevators. They also have more carts than I’ve ever seen anywhere. When I put my hand on the cart handle, it was cold. That was a nice surprise, because I’ve always found my climate controlled storage spaces to be climate controlled for a reptile, not a human. They offer units that are Handicapped accessible. The office has two massive security screens, since they have dozens of security cameras. Paula, the Manager, is extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. Late Monday afternoon I told Paula that there was a small problem with my unit, and I had an email and voice message on Tuesday morning that it was already resolved.
