Couldn’t ask for better storage experience I’ve been really impressed with this Value Store It location. Security is solid, the units stay clean, and I can get in and out whenever I need to without hassle. Big shout-out to Josie on the staff - she went above and beyond during my move-in. Actually took time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions without rushing me, and just made the whole thing way easier than I expected. That kind of customer service is rare. If you’re looking for storage in the area, this is a solid choice.

Paragraph below was my initial experience. Went back this morning and Josie got me all straightened out. Once I got a new code, the process and facility were great! Would definitely recommend when you need a clean, climate controlled storage option. Just rented a space at this facility this morning. All seemed to go seamlessly until we attempted to visit our unit this afternoon. We successfully retrieved our welcome packet, but the entry code we were given did not work. A current customer tried to assist us, but he agreed that the code we were given was invalid. Called the "emergency" number, but could only leave a message. I have movers meeting me tomorrow morning, so I hopefully can get this straightened out prior to that.

This is the worst U-Haul experience I have ever had. They will commit fraud and add items to your contract that you do not sign up for when ordering a truck online. I confirmed with the front desk that I did not have any additional charges and they will lie and tell you that you do not and then after the truck is dropped back off, they add insurance to my bill even though I explicitly clicked that I do not want it. When I called to speak with someone about the situation and also that the truck didn’t close, the man hung up on me. I called the 1-800 number where they have a record of the order I placed and confirmed that I should have have the additional fees and could see that the office added them on their end “on site”. Extremely dishonest business. U-Haul said I needed to get the refund from the store and they refuse and hand up on you and even refuse when I try with my bank. They need to be shut down. I would be warned anyone who is using their rental or truck services. Horrible practices. And the truck door didn’t even latch to close and had all of these lights on regarding issues with tires and it looked like overheating. We went in to the office to speak with him about it and he told us it was fine. Only to find it wouldn’t latch after loading our item in it. Please be warned. I still never received a refund for this horrible experience. Please try anywhere else for your U-Haul needs! U-Haul needs to remove them from their website when placing a request for a truck. I can only imagine their practices with rental units.

Great experience with Value Store It. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, with easy access whenever I needed it. I especially want to single out Josie, who was absolutely outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. She made everything simple and stress-free. Highly recommend.
