Fantastic customer service
I evacuated to Palm Coast during Hurricane Ian and needed a safe place to park my Tesla as the storm moved through here. The office lady was SO accommodating, gave me a nice senior discount and was so helpful and concerned. And this was by far the most affordable storage location in the area. Thank you so much!

Office delay
The office was closed when I arrived to check in. The manager was sick and nobody was called in to replace them. Had to contact the customer service department to get it resolved. Caused about an hour delay. Other than that everything was smooth.

Their units are spotless clean, bug free and totally safe abd secure , The lady that works in the office. Is there all day to assist if there’s any problems she’s so helpful and kind. I know there’s quite a few storage units around the area but I feel truly blessed to have found good storage it , I believe they are the best and have the best prices too.I can’t say enough good things about them. It’s spotless clean safe and I’m so happy I picked the right place to store my belongings. I recommend them 100%.
