I had a very disappointing experience. My new RV battery was stolen, and I reported the incident not once, but three separate times. Each time, I specifically requested that the security cameras be reviewed to help identify what happened. Unfortunately, no one ever contacted me back. There was no follow-up, no update, and no confirmation that my request was even looked into. It is extremely frustrating to deal with a theft and receive zero communication or support. I expected much better service and at least some level of concern or accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.
Spencer SolomonOverall was a decent place. Would’ve given 5 stars except when I moved out with advanced notice, the automated system kept calling me stating I was behind on payment. I requested multiple times to have the store manager give me a call, never received one. They were quick to take a payment but never returned my request for a phone call.
Laura PVery clean and well maintained. We rented a 20 x 10 climate controlled unit for about 12 months. Move in was seamless and the property surveillance was visible and in good condition which gave us peace of mind for our valuables. The office staff was friendly and helpful. Payment was automated making management from afar easy. Move out was equally convenient. You send a photo of the vacated unit and all is complete. We would use this facility again.

Carlos Emilio Rivera WarnerFriendly staff is the first thing I have to say about ABCD Econo Storage. It's the reason I picked this storage facility over others in the area. There are two ABCD facilities on Cortez. One where the office is located and another a few minutes East. Can't say I've any complaints after four months. I scheduled automatic monthly payments, and my stuff is safely stored. My unit is not air conditioned; I don't think most of them are. But I think they do have some that are. They have long hours so you can access your unit til late.
