Easy set up and great customer service
I am not positive what her name was but she was great. You could tell she was new and training but took care of everything that was needed and beyond. Great personality and super helpful and informative.
NICE PLACE
I set the reservation on line in the evening. The next morning I received a call to set up a time to see the unit. ( 12 x 30 car storage) Checked it out a couple hours later and signed up. Great service. Clean place.

Alacia DurantI just think it’s crazy how dealing with this storage unit you aren’t able to speak to someone right when something happens as they are never in office. On top of that I’m so livid that they call and say there hasn’t been a lock on my storage unit but I never removed my locked AT ALL and had all my belongings in there. Following up they told me that the lock hasn’t been on there in a couple days that they was just informing me then to proceed to send me a move out review on how everything was but I never moved out when called to speak they told me the assumed I moved out due to nothing being inside the unit. ALL MY PERSONAL ITEMS GONE. With no help on trying to figure out why or how just being told there’s nothing in my unit. Legal matter will be taken as this is absurd and shouldn’t have happened or occurred in a place that needs a gate code to enter.
Josh HaggEasy access with the gate. Staff, when needed, are right up the road a bit at the other facility. Very helpful too. Units are exactly what you would expect. Roll up doors and storage.
