I've had this storage for a few years and it's gotten very expensive over time. They give you one price when you first rent and then go increasing the price in a materr of a few months. The place is always dirty warm and things laying around on the floors. The floors are disgusting and the smell is horrific especially on the 3rd floor. I will be looking for a better place to store my stuff that's better price soon.
Jason Robinsonwhen the property manager was able to contact me he did. We met yesterday and he realized very quickly both problems. The lock was shot. Lock always has been shot. It was shot when I got it and the locking mechanism was also shot because it didn’t line up with the lock space in the door or I should say the track. He took the mechanism off replaced it with a new mechanism, even though the quarters were very tight with him working to do so he work without me having to unpack the container and still got it done. It was very kind very nice and knowledgeable about what he does. I appreciate them very much Thank you.
