This place is DISGUSTING!!!!! we got an air conditioned unit and we used it for barely a year. There was rat poop and pee all over our stuff, there were roaches crawling around and there was water leaking from the ceiling or something so there was mold on the wall that got all over one of our shelves. AWFUL experience, we thought getting a air conditioned unit would be better but the rooms are not sealed all the way so if anyone in that building is gross then everyone’s unit is going to pay for it. Definitely would not recommend this place.

I recently had a few issues with my storage unit and needed assistance coordinating with a charity company to pick up some items. Ken went above and beyond to help me. He communicated with his manager to make everything possible and personally ensured things went smoothly. His kindness, professionalism, and deep knowledge of his job truly stood out. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares and provides such excellent customer service. I had an exceptional experience thanks to Ken!
