Frances was a great help to me through the process of closing a unit due to a death in the family. She answered all of my questions and made sure I knew exactly what paperwork was needed before arriving. She was incredibly kind and friendly. She took her time and explained what would happen for each step. She helped make what could’ve been a daunting task pretty simple and painless.
Had a very good experience signing up for storage at Public Storage on Bellevue Road on 896 the receptionist was awesome and did her job expeditiously we were in and out. She was very welcoming which made signing up very easy.
My experience with this specific Public Storage location was extremely disappointing, stressful, unpleasant and unacceptable due to the constant rude, unprofessional, and condescending behavior of the property manager. Throughout all of my interactions, I received no real assistance or accommodation as a customer despite multiple attempts to get help, and all requests for accommodations related to my financial hardship were consistently denied and never formally addressed properly. In addition to the ongoing issues and terrible experience, on December 31, while dealing with an unexpected lock that had been completely changed without notice, (and I was never given the new lock code; I had to literally call the Kirkwood highway location which is a different location for assistance) I was told nothing could be done to allow me proper time to access my goods in my unit . Once again, This lack of support, assistance, understanding and accommodation made an already stressful situation far worse. Additionally, I experienced ongoing unprofessionalism, overcharged fees, unannounced lock changes, and extreme difficulty reaching staff for assistance, which forced me to contact a different location by phone. The combination of unhelpful staff, lack of communication, lack of accommodation, lack of assistance, lack of access, unprofessional staff and failure to provide support made this extremely frustrating, stressful, traumatic and unacceptable experience as a customer. This was the worst experience ever. I hope the company addresses these issues and concerns, as no customer should have to endure such treatment.
