I had a really wonderful experience at the Extra Space Storage on Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield. John was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly polite, kind, and genuinely helpful. Moving can be stressful, but John made the process so much easier. He took the time to answer my questions, helped me figure out what I needed, and even went out of his way to help me load boxes into my car. That level of kindness and customer service is rare these days. You can tell he truly cares about helping people and making sure everything goes smoothly. If you’re using this location, I highly recommend asking for John. He made a stressful day feel a lot lighter. Thank you again, John!
