Zero stars. Bait and switch ordering from website. Check your bills! Chat support totally useless. Phone support was terrible, two agents in a row could barely speak English, finally got an English speaking one in the fake "oh I'm sorry sometimes a website does that" then put me on hold for 10 minutes to process my refund, which never happened. Oh yeah I save pictures this report will go on the BBB website.

T DeVeauxIf I could give this place a no star I would. I have sent in multiple written cancellation as well as called and left a VM to cancel my unit. They have continued to charge me for 3 months. This is getting ridiculous. I will need to report them to the BBB!!! I want all my money refunded!!!

I was so impressed with the cleanliness/ quality of the building, Justine's professionalism, and the reasonable pricing that I immediate leased a unit.
