Great Customer Service
Most storage unit staff (that I've encountered) are standoffish and act like they are doing you a favor by letting you rent a unit. This place was different and the Manager, Bart, was very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. By comparison, the last place I rented had a very condescending, rude and dismissive management so this place and the people were a refreshing change.

Needed a space to store my car for awhile, this facility was very easy to work with. The phone customer service was friendly and efficient and got me the best price available for what I needed. I was able to book very quickly. I was sent an access code immediately after booking. Nice to have digital access via the app. Great experience!

Ms ConcernedI just read the review of a customer who was rudely approached several times by an employee and the rude response from said employee. I had a similar experience - either it's the same male employee or his angry.2 AI. The day I arrived it took the strength I had left to remain calm, I had never used a storage facility before. I had made a call and got a rate the CSR on the phone what quite pleasant, I told the gentleman at the desk the information I received, he rejected it, I asked about the size his response was as if I should have known, he said something to me in a tone that was completely unnecessary. I thought to myself, let me try a even softer approach maybe his day is as bad as mine. I began with this is new to me I have some questions and again I got the wicked evil alter human from ai.2 universe, I was fit to be tied at that point, I said listen I'm having a really hard time today, my sister's daughter passed away - to which he said, "...Oh no, not the death in the family story..." to that I picked my keys and bag and just walked away. At that point perhaps he had a moment of clarity and saw $Revenue walking out the door - NEVER -to return.
