Liz D. was absolutely outstanding in resolving a matter that another associate was very reluctant to help because of her condescending attitude and incompetence. The other associate had a non complex matter for three (3) months and just was unable to handle said task. It took Liz a few hours to resolve the issue and I cannot tell you how relieved and happy it was finally resolved. Liz is extremely intelligent and compassionate. You will not go wrong having her as your sales associate/location manager. Please reach out to the Queen Street storage location and ask for Liz.
Jess MLis was fantastic!! She helped me from the day I set up the reservation and really just cared. Once we were done, she walked me over to my space and cleaned my unit again and I could tell that she goes a over and beyond for people. I had to get a storage unit for personal reasons and she was so kind and patient.

The location is clean, quiet and accessible. The move in process (paperwork ) was very fast and I was able to get in my units very quickly and they definitely have the best rates I have found anywhere.
