I’ve been storing my items with this company for many years, going back to when it was Uncle Bob’s Storage, and now as Extra Space Storage for the past two years. Throughout that entire time, I’ve consistently appreciated the excellent customer service. Most recently, Greg truly stands out. He is always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to explain my options and answer all of my questions. He made the process smooth and stress-free, which reflects the high standard of service I’ve come to expect from this company. Greg is a great representative of Extra Space Storage, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage and outstanding customer care.

I signed up in July for $76/month (plus insurance and tax, total $96/month) for the pick your own unit, and I never got to pick my unit they just emailed me with a unit number and said I’m all set. I got a notice 4 months later that my unit went up by $64, from $96/month to $160/month. Completely absurd to charge almost double less than 6 months after I signed up. Aside from the high price increase, the facility was always very clean and well-lit. Edit: Greg reached out to me and did try to make things right. I already started moving my items out so I will be continuing with cancelling my unit, but it was nice to see the manger care about his facility.

Great place....BUT - I Started renting a 20x10 Dec 2024, started at 168 a month. LESS THAN 4 MONTHS LATER the price increased To 230 (after complaining n getting them to drop it) and THEN AGAIN 6 months later to 338/mo. MORE THAN DOUBLED IN 1 YEAR. So uncool. Whatever happened to contracts and price guarantees... It's like holding my stuff for ransom lol. Super unhappy about price doubling. Otherwise I do like their facility.

They raise the prices every 6 months they say they send you a letter in the mail a month prior to let you know according to the rude guy in the office after the first time it went up I asked him to read back my address and it was wrong I asked him to please change and update he put me on hold to change it I asked him to read it back to me he read back to me the correct address he must have just read back what he wrote down and didn’t change it because when my card was charged again another escalated price I called again and he again rudely said they sent me a letter a month prior I told him oh yeah? You said the same thing 6 months ago funny never received one and asked him again to read me my address and it was the same wrong address I told him I asked you per last conversation to change my address it’s wrong and if I knew prior I would have moved out my unit since the price and customer service is not up to par and he told me oh well it’s not my problem would you like to set up a move out date? Unreal your job is not that hard and you can’t even do it right?!? I would not recommend at all!
