This is the cleanest self storage facility I have ever been in. The units are easy to access. The facility is bright and safe. The equipment works as it should. The staff is helpful and informative. I would recommend this facility to anyone, long term or for a few months.

Frank RanuBeen a customer here for a few years now. Compared to some of the other storage places in the area, this one is one of the nicer ones. It is always very clean and the few times I’ve interacted with the staff has been pleasant. This was Life Storage and now it is Extra Space. The price of a 5x5 unit has almost doubled in the four years that I’ve been coming here. The place could use a little bit sprucing up as it is looking a little tired. And it seems like every time I come the bathroom is being cleaned or out of service. Overall, it is a decent and staff place to store your stuff and is conveniently located on Boston Post Road near all the attractions of the area.
Karen WadeThe staff, especially Jen, is very helpful! Convenient location and set up. Clean. However, be very careful of the prices. If you don’t pay upfront and ahead, your cost can double in a few short months. Plus. If you already have a unit at a promotional price, you can’t get that price again. That makes no sense. So in line with most other storage facilities they are no different from others price gouging you. It’s a business and they are not looking out for you. Trust me, what you have in storage is not worth what you will be paying store it.
Drew ERates are good.. but perpetually gates are left open or disabled and take a while to get fixed. Staff are friendly but often I don’t think the upkeep is the same as other ExtraSpaces I’ve stored at. Overall a C grade.
